- Execute the technical aspects of Google Workspace implementation projects, including migrations, integrations, and custom configurations.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex Google Workspace issues.
- Analyze customer environments to recommend and implement optimal Google Workspace configurations and best practices.
- Provide onboarding and training to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google Workspace features, updates, and technical advancements.
- Identify opportunities for technical improvements and strategic evolution within customer Google Workspace environments.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace solutions, preferably confirmed by certification.
- Experience with managing Microsoft 365 and similar solutions is a big bonus!
- Excellent communication and presentation skills befitting a customer-facing role.
- Ability to provide high-quality customer onboarding and training.
- Ability to communicate and explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Previous experience with IT network or systems administration.
- Previous experience in support and/or service desk role.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages is preferred.
