  • Take a lead role in the design and development of new LEGO® bricks, using your creativity and expertise to transform initial concepts into final, production-ready elements.
  • Work collaboratively with our Engineering and Model Design teams to ensure that every LEGO part meets our high standards for quality and innovation.
  • Handle collaborators effectively, encouraging positive relationships and communication throughout the design process.
  • Embrace our focus on innovation, LEGO system in play, and production demands, using your insights to drive new and exciting ideas forward.
  • Share your knowledge and experiences with colleagues and peers, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a role model for colleagues, peers, and partners by promoting a design-first process and driving the development of LEGO® bricks that encourage creativity, learning, and play.

  • Design, Engineering education or relevant experience
  • Advanced 3-D software skills (Rhino/NX…)
  • Hand sketching, prototyping, hard-edge, complex and functional design
  • Proven design experience with product design and leading design processes.
  • Detailed understanding of Injection Molding processes.
  • Strong analytic and system thinking skills.
  • Experience collaborating across functional areas.
  • Demonstrating a strong appreciation for aesthetics through the lens of a child
