- Lead productive team meetings to ensure effective sharing of updates, strategies, and goals, while promoting teamwork and encouraging the team.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to motivate and support team members’ growth through coaching, honest feedback, clear communication of goals and active listening.
- Support for the direction of the LEGO Group and LEGO Design while balancing people-focused approaches.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of portfolio experiences, development processes, and results.
- Assess results and business performance by understanding key franchises, projects, and consumer insights.
- Handle designer resource allocation across franchises, considering time, aspirations, capabilities, and budgets.
- Optimize processes and tools to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Foster strong partner relationships to enhance collaboration and communication.
- Lead by example and champion diversity and inclusion, cultivating a positive, collaborative and trusting work culture through empathy and open communication.
- Have a clear passion to navigate across multiple people related topics simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a willingness to grow and improve your own leadership abilities.
