Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for servicing and qualifying our customer’s equipment consisting of biopharma equipment such as liquid chromatography systems (ÄKTA process, ÄKTA avant etc) and cell culturing equipment (WAVE, XDR etc). You will be working in laboratories and pharmaceutical production plants on customer sites. You will be expected to take part in our 24/7 stand-by team.This is a field-based role with extensive travelling within Nordics and Baltics. You will serve customers across the region. You will be responsible for performance of customer visits, including customer coordination, travel planning and ordering spare parts.Our primary customer base is located in Zealand, and it is expected that you are able to be present where our customers are. When not visiting customers in the field, you will be working from our site in Vallensbæk.
