- Operational Leadership: Lead Operations, including Security Operations, to ensure stability, scalability, and resilience, while setting the future direction in alignment with business needs
- Vendor & Partner Management: Continuously evaluate and adjust the vendor landscape as new solutions emerge, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and innovation from strategic partners.
- Process & Service Excellence: Drive the development, optimization, and maturity of operational processes and procedures, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Infrastructure & Service Initiatives: Oversee major infrastructure and operational projects, from business case creation to budget management, procurement, and execution oversight - ensuring strategic alignment, delivery progress, and stakeholder commitment, without direct involvement in hands-on technical work.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to modernize and automate IT operations while maintaining a strong focus on security, compliance, and risk management - ensuring service quality, reliability, and efficiency across the global IT landscape.
- Leadership experience with IT operations within a global, complex, and business-critical environment.
- Strategic oversight in outsourced and multi-vendor operations, including shaping vendor strategy, managing performance, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Expertise in IT Service Management, with ITIL certification preferred, and a proven ability to mature ITIL-based processes.
- A structured, service-oriented mindset paired with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A relevant degree and 5+ years of in infrastructure architecture or related roles.
