Head of PM Collaboration & Customer EngagementWe are looking for a “Manager for Product Management Collaboration and Customer Engagement” within our Product Management organization within TDC ErhverveMy name is Mateo Manby and I am leading our Product Management and Partnership organization. Our product responsibility comprises Business Internet, Business Mobility, Collaboration and Customer Engagement, Networking and Security. We are accountable for the product areas from vision and strategy to execution. This includes managing a competitive, modular product portfolio enabling a world class customer experience, combined with best-in-class business models, making it possible for TDC Erhverve to be a provider of choice for its’ customers. This accountability is end-to-end. The mission includes the product lifecycle, and relevant technology platform lifecycle as well as accountability for securing 2nd and 3rd line support for the products and platforms within the unit. The mission also includes securing revenue and profitability for the portfolio.Your next challenge?As Manager for Product Management Collaboration and Customer Engagement you will be responsible a team of highly skilled Product Managers which works to ensure commercially driven product design and development. The team has E2E responsibility for our offerings and products within the area of communication and collaboration. You and your team will manage the TDC Erhverv roadmap for your area including among other things product life cycle, market trends understanding, development planning, CAPEX/OPEX budget, Business Owner in development activities, and manage strategic partnerships. In addition, you’ll be responsible for customer experience and for driving profitability for your product area. Leadership experience within product management
Experience from the business area of Communication and Collaboration
Experience from defining and implementing product strategies
Experience in Product Management and product lifecycle management
Understanding in business requirements and technologies in the area
Understanding of financial terms, business cases, product calculations
Understanding of process development
Knowledge of services, market, go-to-market models and industry trends in the area
Proven track record of driving change, effectively communicating, influencing and engaging at all levels across a multinational matrix organization
Project management skills and experience from innovation
Fluent in English.
