Your focus is on integrating excellence into the company’s strategy, governance, and people development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Direct Leader for the Continuous Improvement partners in DP and FG Organizations, leading area strategy processes and aligning organizational goals with sustainable excellence.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement strategies that strengthen organizational culture and embed core values, enhancing skills and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Facilitate activities for leaders and stakeholders to improve skills and mindset, engaging in change management focused on both process and mindset.
  • Implement structured approaches to assess and measure cultural excellence, identifying and closing system gaps, and tracking improvements for sustainable impact.

  • Deep understanding of how to engage and align people, processes, and systems to create improvements and sustain high performance.
  • Strong expertise in change management, leadership development and engagement, and cultural transformation.
  • Proven experience working with leaders to drive systemic and sustainable change.

Your New Department & TeamThe DP organization consist of approximately 135 dedicated employees and encompasses several teams: Shopfloor for Filling, Formulation, Visual Inspection, Wash and Autoclave, General Area Support, Process Support, Manufacturing Science, QA, Supply Chain etc. All these teams work together to produce drug product at the right quality, right quantity and right time.Additionally, the FG organization, comprising 110 skilled employees, which main purpose is to ensure the Assembly, Labelling, and Packaging of the medicine we produce.
