As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Partner, you will enable teams to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance problem-solving capabilities. You will work closely with frontline teams, managers, and cross-functional groups to embed CI tools, facilitate workshops, and coach employees in structured improvement methodologies. We provide the highest possible service to the organization, that supports a best place to work culture. We have a site wide appearance and must therefore cooperate with the whole site.On a person level our internal department workday is open, friendly, humorous, and relaxed. There is the possibility to work from home, all dependent on nature of tasks and program, but we also very much enjoy social interactions and events.About the Role:Key Responsibilities
  • Train and coach frontline employees and managers in Lean/CI methodologies
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis workshops, and process mapping sessions.
  • Equip teams with CI tools and techniques to enable them to drive their own improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and sustain improvements.
  • Ensure continuous improvement efforts align with broader business goals and operational priorities.
  • Engage in the cross-organizational CI Partner network to align key CI systems and share best practices.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of CI initiatives, tracking key metrics such as cycle time, waste reduction, and quality improvements.
  • Act as a change agent, fostering a mindset of continuous learning and problem-solving.
  • Support leadership in building a culture of CI by embedding best practices into daily operations.
We are looking for a candidate with the following background and skill sets:Qualifications & Experience
  • Experienced in Lean, or other CI methodologies with a strong focus on practical implementation.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and train employees in CI tools and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience working with frontline teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills to engage and empower employees at all levels.
  • Skilled in building visual management systems & boards
