This is a unique opportunity to shape how our colleagues collaborate, communicate, and work across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the Netherlands. You'll work within a Microsoft-based ecosystem and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure our tools are technically sound, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs & strategies.From cloud storage and collaboration platforms to device management and knowledge sharing tools, you'll help shape the digital experience for thousands of Specsavers colleagues. You'll also support foundational infrastructure modernization, security, and compliance - all while driving continuous improvement.Role responsibilities:Guide the technical development and lifecycle managementTranslate business requirements into robust, scalable digital solutionsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teamsMaintain and evolve product documentationChampion agile methodologiesEnsure seamless integration andConduct technical validation and quality assuranceRepresent NE in global product forums and vendor engagementsYour new teamYou'll join the Corporate & Infrastructure NE Technology team, focused on delivering practical digital solutions that support both modern platforms and legacy systems. Reporting to the Technology Product Manager, you'll collaborate with regional stakeholders and technical partners, working in a Product-based setup that values iterative delivery, Agile ways of working, strong feedback loops, and cross-functional teamwork.We operate in a hybrid setup from our offices in Nordhavn (NESO) and Aalborg, with flexibility to support your work-life balance. You bring a structured mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning.To succeed in this role, you'll need:Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configurationWorking knowledge of Power Platform is a plusUnderstanding of device management and endpoint securityExperience with API integrations and technical documentationStrong analytical skills and stakeholder management experience.Experience with system documentation and vendor collaboration.Fluent English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.A collaborative mindset and agile approach to product development.Your developmentWithin 3 months, you'll:Be fully onboarded into the Digital Workplace ecosystem and introduced to key stakeholders, platforms, and systems.Begin contributing to product development, technical validation, and delivery processes.Within 6-12 months, you'll:Take ownership of product lifecycle activities across NE, including roadmap planning, release management, and platform optimization.Represent NE in global product forums and vendor engagements, advocating for regional needs and technical improvements.Be recognized as the go-to expert for Digital Workplace product knowledge and technical insight.Further development:You'll have a personalized development plan focused on advancing your technical and strategic competencies.You can shape your career path within Specsavers, whether toward deeper technical specialization or broader product leadership.You'll grow professionally in an organization that values your expertise, initiative, and unique contributions.Want to join?
