Lead Change management Specialist implements change management and business implementation activities in close partnership with the Global Payroll Director as well as other stakeholders in People & Culture and the business. You work with stakeholders to analyse, strategise and plan targeted change and implementation activities around Pay & Time - and you play an essential, hands-on, role in implementing and adjusting the plans.
You will
- Lead and implement change management strategies for the seamless execution of the global Pay and Time project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to ensure alignment with project goals
- Own the communications agenda in the Time & Pay project and insuring communications activities are planned and executed
- Strengthen the change management awareness and capability in Vestas
- A proven Change Management end-to-end expertise (PROSCI/CCMP certification or similar is good to have)
- Experience working across cultures in a global enterprise
- Good project management skills experience
- Experience in developing and applying a standardized change methodology or tools
- Experience in user-oriented design and behavioural science is valued
- Good end to end business understanding and passion for strategy implementation, transformation and business development
- Expert in systematically applying standardised change management tools - but applying situational flexibility where needed
- Ability to engage, advise and influence senior stakeholders and to work with business stakeholders at all levels
- Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- People oriented team Member that values inclusion, collaboration and stakeholder relationships built on trust

This role is located at our Vestas office in Aarhus.
