We share an ambition to tackle complex issues in a broad stakeholder environment while keeping a good team dynamic and mutual support for each other.In this role you’ll make an impact by:As Finance Business Partner supporting R&D you will play a key role in driving business performance by supporting across the R&D organization. You will partner with the business, take ownership of financial performance management processes for R&D and help shape and execute the R&D strategy in close collaboration with the Business Finance R&D and R&D leadership team. You are expected to drive tasks and projects forward independently in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to sharpen your financial and commercial skills while building a strong professional network across the organization. You’ll contribute to empowering people, enabling transparency, and supporting informed decision-making. Additionally, you will join an international group of talented finance professionals, working together to deliver exceptional results.In this role you will primarily be working with:Lead Performance Management for R&D: Own and drive the financial performance management process and annual financial cycle for R&D in collaboration with the business and R&D Business Finance team.Partner with the R&D organization: Act as a trusted advisor to the R&D organization, offering expertise on financial topics, including support for externally funded R&D projects.Deliver Financial Insights: Provide data-driven financial analysis to support decision-making on R&D investments.Lead and Support Projects: Take ownership of key projects within R&D and Enabling, as well as other initiatives across the finance function as directed by management.Drive Teamwide Improvements: Contribute to the broader Business Finance team and beyond by sharing best practices, driving process improvements, and collaborating on initiatives to enhance overall performance and capabilities.You will thrive in this role if you bring some of the following:A university degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.Significant experience (5+ years recommended) in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a similar role, with a strong financial skillset.
