- To play a central role in understanding and communicating our customers' behavior and preferences as well as overall market trends

- Lead customer insight projects for stakeholders across JYSK to bring customer insights for decision-making
- Collect and analyse customer data by use of both existing and new data sources including our new digital solutions (e.g. CDP)
- Communicate actionable customer insights to stakeholders across JYSK
- Set up and maintain ongoing reporting on main customer KPIs for top management and relevant stakeholders across the customer journey
- Develop the customer insight function together with the rest of the team
- Have +2 years or more experience working with customer insights and customer data
- Have a strong understanding of data sources, tools and methods for getting relevant insights
- Have worked with projects and project management
- Can quickly understand new business areas and become a valuable sparring partner to understand our customers
