Then you might be the new Customer Insight Specialist we are looking for!WHAT WE OFFER YOUAs a Customer Insight Specialist you will help collect, analyse and communicate customer insights across the organisation and ensure the voice of the customer across JYSK. You will work with many different types of projects and stakeholders and help create the foundation and direction for the newly established customer insight function.Furthermore, we offer you:

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUTYour tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
  • Lead customer insight projects for stakeholders across JYSK to bring customer insights for decision-making
  • Collect and analyse customer data by use of both existing and new data sources including our new digital solutions (e.g. CDP)
  • Communicate actionable customer insights to stakeholders across JYSK
  • Set up and maintain ongoing reporting on main customer KPIs for top management and relevant stakeholders across the customer journey
  • Develop the customer insight function together with the rest of the team

  • Have +2 years or more experience working with customer insights and customer data
  • Have a strong understanding of data sources, tools and methods for getting relevant insights
  • Have worked with projects and project management
  • Can quickly understand new business areas and become a valuable sparring partner to understand our customers
