Also you are ambitious – not only for yourself, but for your team, your colleagues and the company.About the roleWe are part of the Nordic Sales Company in Alfa Laval, located across the Nordic region and you will be reporting into the Customer Support Manager Nordic Overall.In Customer Support we are two teams working with order handling and one team dedicated to handling claimsThe Customer Support Manager we are looking for will be responsible for our Complex Customer Support Team working with order handling for our more complex orders.Working closely with Sales, factories, and Distribution Centers, your mission is to ensure efficient, standardized processes and a high-quality customer experience.Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing a cross-country team of 8 direct reports to drive engagement and performance
Staying connected to daily operations to understand and meet team needs in dept.
Collaborating with stakeholders to secure timely and accurate order fulfillment,
Standardizing and continuously improving order handling processes
Working closely with your management colleagues in all divisions ensuring a smooth and efficient order handling.

What you knowYou are an experienced people manager who can lead, coach, and inspire a team of talented individuals to achieve their goals.
