- Manage and oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Initiate our innovative solutions, present improvement proposals for existing solutions, and minimize risks within service contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT solutions, including supervising financial performance, revenue, order processing, gross margin, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively plan and initiate improvement proposals aimed at customer satisfaction, cost savings, and efficiency improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and aligning services accordingly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service delivery team.
- Support the sales team in developing the implementation of new solutions as part of the lifecycle extension.
- Proven strong experience in IT service management within a service provider or a large organization.
- You know what it takes to develop customer relationships from a strategic point of view.
- Excellent daily problem-solving skills, with a focus on solutions in challenging situations.
- A strong asset is the ability to make autonomous decisions. You stand your ground and are not afraid to challenge the status quo.
