
Sales Development Manager, Infant & Medical Nutrition, EMEA Region - Aarhus

- Develop and execute AFI's sales development strategy for EMEA, with a focus on infant and medical nutrition segments.
- Work closely with EMEA regional sales teams to align initiatives and activate regional growth strategies.
- Build strong commercial partnerships with current and potential customers in key EMEA markets.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities through in-depth market, customer, and competitive analysis.
- Translate customer needs and market insights into innovative value propositions, in collaboration with internal experts in application science, nutrition science, regulatory, IP, and legal.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure market readiness and accelerate sales execution.
- A Master's degree in human nutrition, food science, biomedicine, molecular biology, or a related technical field - or a commercial degree combined with solid knowledge of nutrition and health.
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development within the infant nutrition, medical nutrition, or food/pharma industry.
- Strategic mindset and a strong track record of delivering results and driving innovation in global or regional markets.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA business landscape, consumer needs, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - fluency in English is required, and additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA (30-40 days per year, typically planned in advance). Presence at our Aarhus HQ at least four days a week is expected.
