As Quality Manager reporting to the COO at Wiseled, your primary role is to ensure the safety, reliability, and compliance of delivered products. This involves leading quality control processes, implementing and maintaining the quality management system, and staying updated on industry standards and regulations. You will be the organization's go-to expert on quality matters, contributing a quality assurance perspective to R&D and delivery projects. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the COO, advising on quality matters and serving as her deputy when needed. Your responsibilities also include overseeing the ISO 9001 certification process, monitoring and improving the quality management system, controlling supplier certificates, and leading non-conformity management. Finally, you will be responsible for inclusive and effective communication to various stakeholders within and outside the organization on quality matters, emphasizing the continuous improvement of mutual collaboration.Experienced quality professional with technical expertise in advanced tech
We expect you to hold an academic degree a relevant field such as engineering (mechanical, electronics, software, or related) and substantial experience in quality assurance/management within a tech organization dealing with advanced and complex technological products. To succeed in this independent role, you must possess strong knowledge of QA standards and methodologies and experience in leading quality control processes and maintaining quality systems. Additionally, it is essential that you possess excellent interpersonal skills in written and spoken English, combined with a sufficient level of proficiency in one Nordic language.Personally, you are proactive, open-minded, analytical, and respectful, with a natural inclination for attention to detail and accuracy.
