This means enabling prerequisites, ensuring availability and efficient execution of the replenishment process and fulfilment of products through all activated sales channels.We strive for high performance at the lowest possible cost, operational expertise and development, thereby creating a good customer experience.That requires:
  • Strong leadership skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and developing teams of specialists within retail/commercial or supply chain environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and specialist management
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment is essential as are strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills with a strong working knowledge of sales, goods flow, and supply chain
  • Experience in having many stakeholders from different units whom you can influence substantially to secure a well-functional goods flow in line with demands
  • The ability to initiate, drive and finish projects and initiatives in general to optimize the logistics operation
  • Eager to deliver customer value and to deliver excellence in operation within a fast-paced supply chain environment
  • Energized by applying strategic, tactical and operational approaches for analyzing business opportunities from a customer/market perspective and inspired by challenging situations
  • You possess strong analytical skills and thrive on processing and transforming large volumes of data into valuable insights
  • Passion to lead business through people and having a strong belief in the individual potential to develop
Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilitiesKey responsibilities (text) • Responsible for leading, coaching, developing and inspiring a high-performing Fulfilment Integration team by working closely with the Fulfilment Operations team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being
  • Ensuring that your team creates operational excellence in the area of availability, range and stock management stock accuracy and internal allocation, forecasting, and order monitoring to achieve set goals
  • Be the enabler and co-create with fulfilment and sales, on optimal agreements on process execution for daily operation and commercial actions e.g. local activities, peak, sales steering, utilizing systems to the best efficiency to meet our customer needs and at the lowest possible total logistical cost. Covering all elements of fulfilment capacity and customer order management
  • Very good at building relationships across the organization
  • Ability to analyze and translate business and customer needs into development initiatives and translate a business plan into a tactical plan and operational performance
