Read more about your future team and employees' stories .How to contribute to our visionWe are looking for a Head of Real Estate to support our Danish Real Estate Team.Your responsibilities will consist of:Defines and ensures implementation of Real Estate (RE) business strategy, policies and guidelines, for the country assigned.Manages the whole RE life cycle, in order to ensure a profitable RE business.Plans assigned budgets and resources, and decides and monitors its allocation.Ensures continuous analysis of economic parameters and profitability for the assigned RE portfolio.Develops and implements business opportunities.Decides on investment and disinvestment transactions, and decides respective RE projects.Monitors critical RE projects, and decides about milestones achievements and appropriate measures in critical cases.Ensures Key Customer Relationship Management in cooperation with RE Partner Management.Heads functional organization assigned, and leads all Professionals and operational staff.What you need to make a differenceA passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for an inspirational leader, who has previous experience of managing teams to achieve fantastic results. If you have an architecture or engineering (civil) or other advanced real estate related technical degree, preferably combined with a commercial degree, that would be great. However, a great track record and professional experience in the field of Real Estate would also be ideal.As this is a strategically important role you will be able to demonstrate your professional experience with full P&L responsibility in Real Estate functions, this would ideally include:Insight into the Danish real estate market as well as solid knowledge of the multiple corporate real estate disciplines. You can show us your insight into management of the technical, infrastructural building requirements, including maintenance and facility services such as security, cleaning and canteen services, i.e. ability to assess and control either internal or external service providers.
