About the job:Working with financial crime prevention in Saxo, you will take part in our continuous efforts to fight financial crime globally by assessing risks and implementing controls ensuring our business is compliant with regulations in all the countries where Saxo operates.The AML Program team is part of 1st Line of defense in Group Operations and located in Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup. We are looking for one or two new colleagues to join our team. In this role, you will be reporting directly to AML Programme Manager.As our new Governance & Risk Lead your focus will be on a wide variety of tasks within the financial crime space requiring in-depth understanding of money-laundering-, tax evasion-, sanctions-, adverse media-, and terrorist financing risks. It is important that you can communicate across organisational levels and seniorities, and you are able to make regulatory requirements understandable and operational to the organization. As Saxo is an international organisation with global subsidiaries it is important to have a global mindset.Responsibilities:Identify and assess financial crime risks for the AML program.Create overview and process for the ways of working with Risk management within the AML organisation.Drive and facilitate steercos and meetings within risk.Setup a risk framework for the AML program.Provide advice and guidance on financial crime compliance to the AML organisation and management.Your profile:You are motivated by working in an ever changing environment while still having an eye for the details. You have experience from the financial sector within financial crime prevention and risk management.The ideal candidate for the job has:A solid experience in working with risk management, setting up framework and create overview and do follow up on compliance recommendations and audit remarks.A relevant educational background and/or experience with risk management.Knowledge and experience in KYC.Great stakeholder management skills where you ensure a good collaboration and ensure progress at the same time on joined tasks.Experience in presenting and reporting to senior management.Good communications skills both verbally and in writing.Proficiency in English on a professional levelWe conduct interviews on a continuous basis, so send your application sooner rather than later.We offer:The COO organisation is responsible for building, constantly developing and improving the full digital value chain that we deliver to our clients and partners.
