The Terminals Program Manager & PMO is responsible for leading strategic programs including the “terminal efficiency program”, creating a digital twin for our global terminals organization that combines multiple digital business case. This program is expected to run for several years, followed by future digitalization and automation programs. In this role you oversee the over-all program as well as the individual digitalization projects within the program, ensure a proper start, execution, closure and follow up of each project. You make sure business cases are being created and delivered with impact, perfectly fitting our local operations. Also you are responsible for overseeing the project portfolio for the terminals organization, including projects from all different areas such as safety, security, environment, standardization, etc to ensure the pace of change and impact we are making are right.Be part of the movement - and play your part.About the roleKey Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the Terminal Efficiency digital program, under the two in a box leadership principle with the Product Owner in the Technology and Innovation department, including the various projects that are being undertaken under the Terminal Efficiency umbrella;
Manage other future strategic programs and oversee strategic projects including their timing, sequencing, risk and impact.
Be a part of the terminals team, located in Copenhagen and Vlaardingen, creating the terminals of tomorrow including various other strategic priorities such as decarbonization, safety, security, standardization, etc.
Make sure the right tools and skills are present in the global terminals organization to manage projects successfully.
Work together closely with the Terminals HSS Manager, the CI Manager and Sustainability Project Manager to include the various disciplines into the digitalization work and into the global project portfolio.
Be a part of the Terminals community, closely liaising with the Terminal Managing Directors to ensure that we support the terminals with the correct digital solutions.
