Are you a blacksmith? Become a volunteer vocational mentor for a young person

• You are at least 25 years old.
• You can spend four hours a month for six months on a mentoring program.
• You have professional experience and current knowledge of your industry.
• You must be patient and listen, but also take the initiative and help your mentee get on the right path in life.

• Are under 25 years old, attend FGU (preparatory basic education) and have not yet completed a youth education.
• Need help to develop personally or socially.
• Need clarification about their wishes and options for future education and employment.
• Lack of networks and good role models.
• Need help clarifying issues within education and work as a pedagogical assistant.

• Fill out the "Contact organization" form.
• Once you have filled out the form, we will call you to introduce you to the Voluntary Business Mentoring Scheme, prepare you for the mentoring role, and create a mentor profile for you.
• You will have the opportunity to participate in a mentoring course lasting approximately 2 hours.
• You will receive ongoing coaching from experienced mentor consultants and the opportunity to network with other mentors.
