As a team, we work closely with our customers and the NNE organization on matching customer needs with NNE capabilities, turning project opportunities into project wins.Why do we need you? We are in NNE experiencing an extraordinarily high activity level with a backlog of very large customer projects that will be ongoing the coming years. At the same time our customers continuously initiate new investment projects. Our goal is to serve our customers new investment projects to the greatest extent possible, while we successfully execute our ongoing project portfolio. Your role will be key in positioning NNE for these future investment projects.Location Virum or Kalundborg Department Account Management

As an Account Manager, you'll be:
  • Identifying new project opportunities and mobilizing NNE to pursue them with the right team and a bid strategy that support NNE's corporate strategy.
  • Taking lead on proposals for customers; setting direction, identifying resources with line management, ensuring that proposal meets customer needs and drive negotiations of proposals to profitable contract closure.
  • Making sure that our CRM system is updated with all information for your accounts to ensure internal visibility of project opportunities and good customer experience.
  • Representing NNE towards our customers, acting as the ideal advocate between NNE and the customers and creating strong and trustful customer relations
  • Engaging with key stakeholders on project specific matters, ensuring that NNE delivers to promise on all business aspects.

The miles you've walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
  • You have a degree in engineering within Business, Engineering, IT or similar.
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in the life science/biotech industry.
  • You speak and write English and preferably also Danish.
  • You have experience with project management within engineering projects or consulting.
