About the job:Are you our new service-oriented Account Manager Assistant? Do you have an interest in financial products and building strong relationships with Tier 1 institutional clients? Then we would love to invite you to join our Institutional Service team in Copenhagen.We are looking for an energetic colleague, who can help us support our biggest partners and clients.We take pride in high satisfaction and aim to improve the overall customer relationship. The Institutional Service desk is the key point of contact for all day-to-day operational queries, as well as complex issues for our institutional clients. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to a portfolio of white labels, introducing brokers and financial clients.Responsibilities:Key point of contact for day to day, operational queries and escalations for your own portfolio of institutional clientsActively participating in the development of our partners through educationDealing with clients’ queries and resolving escalationsInvestigating partners’ requests together with specialists and relevant stakeholdersIdentifying customer needs and being the voice of the client within our organisationOwning small projects to improve/develop services that result from customers´ needsYour profilePeople excelling in this role have strong communication skills, an organised and structured approach to problems and operate with a high sense for details.A passionate “can-do” attitude will help you build the right support network, and willingness to take ownership is essential to solve your partners’ issues promptly and efficiently.As we operate at a high pace, you should thrive in a dynamic environment with focus on setting the right priorities in the best possible timeframe.This position is very versatile, so you will be more likely constantly challenged, instead of following the same fixed set of tasks.In addition we require:Min. 1 year of account management, middle office or client facing operational role in the financial industryBachelor’s degree or higherFluent in English (& fluency either Danish, Spanish, Portugese or German is beneficial)We offer:The global sales organisation is responsible for growing total realized earnings and assets under management through acquisition of new direct and wholesale clients, as well as through activation of the already existing client relationships, cross- and up-selling, and development of global partnerships.We aim to be digital-first and implement world-class digital engagement for all our clients and partners and focus on the human touch for our top clients and partners.
