We deliver global product and audiology training for GN colleagues and Hearing Care Professionals, collaborating across departments to ensure high-quality learningYour contribution is appreciated, and you will:
  • With your Audiology & training skills you will be supporting projects by defining training needs and executing effective training programs.
  • Design training plans and curricula that align with GN business goals and learner needs.
  • Lead full training projects, including product launch events, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand new products and create training plans for colleagues.
  • Stay informed on the competitive hearing aid landscape and apply this knowledge.
  • Play a key role in enhancing GN's training approaches.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in audiology or related field.
  • Several years' experience in the hearing industry.
  • Experience delivering global training projects.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and learning science.
  • Effective communication skills for speaking to groups.
  • Deep understanding of hearing technology, products, and market challenges. Awareness of commercial landscape, Hearing Care Professionals, and end-user needs.
Pay Transparency Notice (North America):
  • The target annual compensation for this position can range from $110,000.00 - $160,000.00, with a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of the fiscal year-end. Compensation for roles at GN depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
  • To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays.
