We follow a test-and-learn approach, embracing great ideas and using data as the foundation for prioritisation, evaluation, and continuous optimisation.”You will be part of the Strategy Execution and Commercial Excellence team within Business Customers, which consists of 30+ highly skilled colleagues across the Nordic region. In this role, you will join the Commercial Planning & Execution sub-team, which already includes four website managers. Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Planners, Data & Analytics team, Sales, Growth team, and colleagues from Marketing, 1:1 Communication, and other key areas of the business.Key responsibilities - what the role is all about
  • Develop and execute website strategies: Create and implement plans for the Business Customers website, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, digital marketing initiatives, and stakeholder needs. Prioritise resources effectively to maximise impact.
  • Manage daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of the website, including content updates, in collaboration with the team of website managers.
  • Lead experimentation and optimisation: Drive a test-and-learn agenda with A/B testing to improve website performance, boost conversion rates, and increase customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Enhance SEO and AI visibility: Create and execute a content strategy to boost organic search traffic and improve discoverability on AI-driven platforms.
  • Track performance and report: Define meaningful KPIs and regularly report on website analytics, customer engagement, conversion rates, and technical performance. Use data to guide decisions and recommend improvements.
  • Optimise user experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging online user experience that effectively presents products and propositions, while optimising landing pages, user flows, and funnels to convert visitors into customers.
  • Strengthen governance and efficiency: Enhance website governance processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with specialists: Manage relationships with both internal and external specialists, establishing new partnerships to drive the growth agenda. This includes overseeing tools, platforms, and software that support scaling efforts.
Qualifications and experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively, manage projects, and set the direction for a website by translating strategic objectives into actionable projects with measurable KPIs. (Experience with Jira is a plus but not required.)
  • Extensive website management experience: At least 5 years of experience in website management, with proficiency in digital marketing tools focused on content management and optimisation. Coding skills are not required. (Experience with Sitecore is a plus but not required.)
  • Marketing acumen and growth focus: Strong understanding of online growth strategies and tactics, with the ability to effectively present complex products and propositions across different segments in a compelling way.
  • B2B marketing experience: Familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) marketing, lead generation, and content marketing strategies is an advantage but not required.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Expertise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, and personalisation, with a deep understanding of what drives user engagement and conversions.
  • Technical and analytical skills: Strong knowledge of web analytics, content management systems, SEO principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and security best practices for business customers. (Experience with Adobe is a plus but not required.)
  • UX and website optimisation expertise: Proficiency in applying UX principles, improving website structure and information architecture (IA), and working within templates and modules.
  • Up-to-date with martech and digital trends: Strong understanding of the latest digital trends, AI tools, web technologies, and industry developments relevant to business customers. Proven ability to leverage this knowledge to optimise website performance and deliver high-quality results.
  • Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages: Excellent spoken and written English skills as well as Danish, Swedish or Norwegian is required.
