As our new Proposal Manager, you will be part of the Business Development function within the Aerostructures business area. Working in the Business Development team you will be surrounded by highly skilled and experienced colleagues, and you will quickly feel the drive and motivation that shapes our team. The working environment is dynamic and characterized by multiple parallel tasks and often short deadlines. You will work across our global sales organization, become a core member of our team and a core player in achieving our growth aspirations in Aerostructures.In close collaboration with colleagues from multiple areas in our agile organization you will be an instrumental player in our proposal production efforts.More specifically, your responsibilities will cover:
- Forecasting and planning of proposal activities
- Support BD sales lead in proposal production
- Ensure proposal stakeholders are continuously consulted during proposal production
- Prepare and conduct management reviews
- Assist BD sales lead in meetings and negotiations with customer
- Optimize and improve proposal procedures and tools
- Automation of repetitive tasks to increase operational efficiency and response times

As our new proposal manager your qualifications should cover:
- You can work independently and with a high level of individual initiative and personal drive
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You are highly structured and process oriented and understand the necessity of coordination and follow-up
- You have a strong end to end commercial understanding to help build best possible proposal for both Terma and customer
- Your IT-skills are above average. Advanced MS Excel skills is a must and experience with Power BI and Python is an advantage
- Fluent in English (Orally/Written).
