- Assist the Customer Support team by creating and updating reports, Excel sheets, PowerPoint presentations etc. on support case trends and status
- Keep wiki pages and other documentation up to date
- Handle support cases
- Configure Edlund's support tool ServiceNow in collaboration with more senior team members
- Handle various ad-hoc assignments as needed
- 15 hours per week, ideally spread across 2 days per week, with flexibility to accommodate for exams and other school commitments.
- The position is based in Ballerup (KMD headquarters) with plenty of opportunities for remote and flexible working.
- Currently pursuing a university degree in business administration, project management, mathematics, IT or a similar field. Ideally, you are halfway through your BSc or just about to start your MSc.
- A proactive, dedicated individual with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for learning and tackling diverse tasks.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Curious, adaptable, and able to independently take initiative while being solution-oriented.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
