- Videreudvikling og implementering af nye processer i rekrutteringen, fx med fokus på diversitet og best practice i moderne rekruttering/Talent Aquisition.
- Employer Branding tiltag og rekrutteringsevents: herunder bidrage til udviklingen- og eksekvering samt strømlining af forretningens overblik af aktiviteter fx vha. et årshjul.
- Indsigt i og ansvar for dele af rekrutteringsprocessen hos vores største forretningsområde, Audit & Assurance.
- Struktur, øje for detaljen, og evnen til at holde overblik over komplekse processer og projekter.
- Samarbejde, en go-do-attitude til nye opgaver og stor ansvarsfølelse er vigtigt, hvis du vil lykkes i stillingen.
- Har gode skriftlige og verbale kompetencer både på dansk og engelsk.
