Our ComEx team focuses on maximizing our revenue & profitability by supporting Sales and other Commercial teams with different tools and processes. We act as internal enablers, equipping the business with the tools, processes, insights, and capabilities they need to succeed in their roles.
We are structured around 5 core areas: Sales Excellence, Pricing Excellence, Marketing Excellence, Service and Digital Excellence, and Data Analytics. Each has a clear area of responsibility, but we work in an integrated and collaborative way. Most of our initiatives are cross-functional by nature, and we frequently support one another across projects and topics.In this role you’ll make an impact by:Supporting initiatives and tasks in the Commercial Excellence (ComEx) team across its different areas.Assisting in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from our CRM and ERP systems, among others, related to Sales, Pricing, Marketing, and Service performance.Conducting basic research and benchmarking tasks to facilitate informed decision-making.Supporting the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports (e.g., in Excel, Power BI) for performance tracking.Taking ownership of specific projects or workstreams, driving them independently with guidance from team members.To succeed you must hold:Strong communication skills and be a quick and proactive learner.Reliability and be a team player who is also able to work independently taking responsibility for key deliverables.Eagerness to learn about commercial topics and readiness to explore different areas, such as sales, pricing, and marketing.Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical tasks.Capability of working on several topics in parallel.Possession or ambition to acquire excellent skills with Excel and PowerPoint.Skills with Power BI is a plus, but not required.Relevant educational background: Student enrolled in a Danish University in the first year of a Master’s program in Business or Engineering, or in the last year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.No professional skills nor experience needed.Language requirements and proficiency level: Fluent in both oral and written English.Application deadline: 15.09.2025.
