
Global Account Director

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders across the region.
- Leadership: Guide and support a regional account team, including collaboration with local country leads to deliver consistent service aligned with client expectations.
- Strategic Alignment: Lead the regional account strategy and execution on the account, ensuring alignment with global and local priorities and drive ongoing engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on service strategy and business objectives.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure effective implementation of contractual obligations and delivery of all agreed KPIs within the region.
- Commercial Performance: Review and analyse financial results from across the region, supporting country teams in driving profitability and managing commercial risk.
- Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities for account growth, service innovation, and long-term retention.
- Governance and Compliance: Uphold contractual governance and compliance in accordance with commercial agreements.
- Talent Development: Support the identification, development, and deployment of talent within the account structure to build a strong and sustainable delivery model for ISS.
- Understands the ISS ways of working
- Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably within FM, workplace, or outsourcing services.
- Experience and previous exposure to operational processes
- Ability to implement processes globally
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Understand key financial indicators
- Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on driving employee and customer engagement, talent development and customer retention
- Perceived as a trusted advisor by customers and key stakeholders
- Commercial mindset and proactive in developing ISS
