This dynamic team is dedicated to enhancing value through proficient data integration, transformation, and reconsolidation across various solutions within the bank. Operating at the forefront of technology, the department leverages advanced platforms such as IBM (InfoSphere Information Server - DataStage), Precisely (Infogix - DQ+), and other cutting-edge tools to drive innovation and efficiency. Embracing the SAFe framework, the team ensures agile and effective collaboration, with each scrum team consisting of 10-12 members.About the Position and Responsibilities as Senior DataStage DeveloperAs a Senior DataStage Developer at Nordea, you will play a crucial role in supporting applications within an agile development environment. Your responsibilities will encompass coordination, planning, and driving necessary development and technical changes implementation within the department's Agile Release Train. Key responsibilities include:

Participating in the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions using DataStage.
Taking ownership of data integration projects from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
Conducting thorough analysis and problem-solving to address complex challenges efficiently and effectively.
Contributing to the development and maintenance of data integration architecture and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience with IBM InfoSphere Information Server - DataStage or similar ETL tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
