- Lead and manage a team of approx. 20 electrical/microwave/Systems engineers, providing direction, support, and mentorship throughout all stages of product development.
- Securing the right competencies to support our business and future needs.
- Be delivery oriented and have the responsibility for estimates, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively resolving challenges to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Drive continuous improvement in Electrical processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Facilitate creation and continuous updates of technology roadmaps together with the technical specialists. Ensure technical roadmaps are linked to product roadmaps and market needs.

- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Developing and managing the departmental budget, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing resource utilization to achieve departmental goals. Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Strategic Planning: The ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans aligned with organizational goals is essential for the Head of Electrical Engineering. This includes working closely together with product management and senior engineers to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Technology Assessment: Scouting emerging technologies and trends within electrical engineering, evaluating their potential impact on the organization, and making recommendations for adoption or integration.
