We are looking for a Capture Coordinator to join our Capture Team in COWI Buildings & Industry and help shape the content of our strategic, high-profile proposals. In this role, you'll use your analytical mindset, effective communication and visual skills to transform complex technical knowledge into clear, engaging, and customer-focused content that sets us apart in competitive markets. As part of COWI's Business Development organisation, you'll contribute to securing strategic projects, that shape a sustainable future. As a Capture Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the proposal process-working closely with proposal managers, market directors and specialist to deliver effective content. You will be based in Aarhus or Aalborg, while collaborating virtually with our capture team and Market Directors placed across Denmark. - Transforming complexity into clarity - turning technical information into clear, engaging narratives and visual communication that are easy to understand.
- Facilitate process - developing proposals in close collaboration with med Market Directors.
- Crafting compelling proposals - leading and developing structured, well-written, and persuasive materials that reflect our methodological approach and align with customer needs.
- Secure compelling layouts and impactful visual storytelling - shaping some of COWI's Building & Industry most high-profile proposals and presentations - ensuring they stand out visually.
- Driving consistency and quality - ensuring our proposals are customer-focused, consistent in tone and style, and of the highest quality.
- Supporting knowledge sharing - contributing to continuous improvement by capturing learnings and best practices for future proposals.

- Strong written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex ideas.
- Ability to use generative AI to support development of proposal etc.
- Thrive in structured, deadline-driven settings combining analytical thinking with creativity and a sharp eye for detail.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background - whether you are a recent graduate or bring prior experience in communications, journalism, rhetoric, business development, or the like.
- Fluency in at least Danish and English, and communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams and borders.
- Possible familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Illustrator) is considered an advantage.A place to work and so much more

The Capture Team is part of the Business Development team including Market Directors and works across the organisation to deliver high-quality proposals that support sustainable projects worldwide.
