Join our dynamic claims team, where collaboration and innovation thrive. You'll be working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients.The Impact You Will HaveAs a working student in claims, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and management of claims. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide timely resolutions to our clients, maintain accurate records, and uphold our commitment to excellence in service delivery.Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- You will be responsible for creating and updating Claims in our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- You will handle Subrogation and Vendor updates in CLAWS, meticulously documenting all relevant information.
- You will conduct Payments and Sanctions checks to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- You will manage Bordereau's statements, verifying data integrity and resolving discrepancies.
- You will execute quarterly follow-up actions, including audits and reviews, to maintain quality assurance.
- You will handle day-to-day administration tasks efficiently, supporting the smooth operation of the claims department.
- You have some experience working with IT, effectively navigating and utilizing different IT platforms.
- You are familiar with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- You speak fluent English and Danish, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
- You have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Duration at least 1 year (preferably longer)
- Working hours: 15 hours/week
- Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
