About your future role
We're seeking a commercially skilled and motivated ECR Account Manager to join our successful Preferred Account sales teamYou'll join our Preferred Account Team in SME sales and be based in Ballerup, Denmark. Good team spirit and a winning mentality are highly prioritized. You will primarily be accountable for selling ECR/POS systems to an existing portfolio of customers in our mid-sized segment within retail, the restaurant industry and similar sectors. You will be responsible for building and developing key relationships and become a trusted advisor defining sales and commercial success, enabling to ensure that Merchants Services achieves its commercial goals.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
  • Sell ECR solutions to existing and new customers.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings with existing leads.
  • Customize and select solutions according to customer needs.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain pipeline and relationships for long-term sales.
  • Update and maintain customer CRM data, report sales, activity ect.
  • Stay updated on and provide feedback on competitors.

  • Ability to grasp new ways of working quickly
  • Great communication skills and fluency in both Danish and English is a requirement
