As a meticulous team player, you excel in structured collaboration, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proactive attitude towards challenges. Your role involves driving development projects from feature specification to efficient code implementation, optimizing for speed, power consumption, and memory utilization.Join our dynamic team and be part of groundbreaking projects that offer both challenges and opportunities for professional growth.What you will do

Instill agile mindset and values within the team
Ensure effective team processes and continuous improvement
Coach and mentor team members in agile principles
Facilitate key team events for value and effectiveness
Create an enabling environment for team success and quality
Manage external interruptions and distractions
Support Product Owner's growth and maturity
Address impediments, promote transparency, and ensure collaboration across teams.

What you bring

Seasoned Scrum Master with a strong agile mindset
Intrinsic commitment to continuous improvement
Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
Familiarity with SAFe or other multi-team agile frameworks
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Experience with agile tools like Azure DevOps or Jira is advantageous
Knowledge of Medical Device Regulation and Design Control is a plus
Familiarity with EN 62304 is an additional asset.
