- In this global role, you will work closely with the digital transformation team, along with regions and markets, to develop a global marketplace partnership strategy for Carlsberg.
- You will work closely with the transformation director to ensure that all partnerships (existing & new) are in line with Carlsberg's business priorities and digital agenda.
- You will work closely with regional commercial leadership and market teams to establish the right on-platform strategy in terms of assortment, price, promotion, etc. for marketplaces.
- You will also monitor Carlsberg's global relationship with the marketplace partners, in close collaboration with the market and regional teams.
- You will work with internal & external stakeholders to ensure a high partner NPS score and consequently create a plan to improve our partner service and satisfaction level.
- You will be responsible for providing regular intelligence to the Carlsberg leadership on key happenings and opportunities about marketplaces, across the beverage industry, distributors, and competitive apps, globally.
- You will be responsible for identifying new/potential partnership opportunities for Carlsberg through a global and regional lens.
- You will collaborate closely with market and regional teams to learn from current effective partnerships and use learnings to formulate a strategy for new/potential partnership opportunities.
- You will monitor Carlsberg's performance in each partner/region, against KPIs, and consequently present insights and recommendations to Carlsberg commercial leadership for improving performance, developing future partner strategy, and planning investments.
- Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce - Comprehensive knowledge of the B2B e-commerce landscape, including different platforms, market trends, and best practices.
- 5+ years' experience working with marketplace partnerships, particularly in combination with digital transformation topics and the CPG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain productive partnerships with the marketplace, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate partnership agreements, and terms of trade with marketplace partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to identify market opportunities, track performance, and optimize partnership strategies.
- Commitment to understanding customer needs and preferences to tailor partnership strategies and deliver high value to marketplace platforms.
- Drive and motivate to achieve performance targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators related to marketplace partnerships.
- Advanced English communication skills, both in speech and writing.
