This team is characterized by its dedicated members who excel in collaboration, mutual support, and fostering strong relationships with production teams.As the Team Lead you will ensure that the team delivers high-quality work aimed at enhancing the factory's safety culture and preventing accidents.The responsibilities of the role will include:
Engage and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
Maintain a clear overview of team tasks and priorities, ensuring timely and effective completion of objectives
Address HSE-related queries and issues arising from daily operations
Provide comprehensive HSE support and collaborate closely with production units
Coordinate activities within the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) organization and workplace safety groups
Oversee the implementation of improvement projects aimed at enhancing HSE performance
Provide regular status reports to the Head of HSE
Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team, across departments, and with other facilities
