In this role, you will drive world-class digital activation, lead transformative initiatives, and align efforts across sales and marketing to deliver measurable business impact.The RoleYou will lead a global team of digital specialists across multiple regions acting as both a strategist and a people-focused leader. As a remote manager of a diverse, multicultural team, you'll inspire, coach, and align talent, while fostering collaboration across the broader MarCom community and cross-functional teams.Your leadership will shape the future of our digital marketing strategy by spearheading initiatives in social selling, influencer engagement, AI-driven solutions, paid media, web strategy, and marketing automation.This is a role for a digital innovator who thrives on turning vision into action and impact.What You'll Be Doing

Digital Campaign Leadership: Drive activation of global campaigns across all digital channels to boost visibility and sales impact.
Channel & Platform Ownership: Manage key digital platforms in close collaboration with our Digital Customer Experience (DCE) and Digital & Sales Enablement teams.
Digital Growth Initiatives: Lead innovation in social selling, influencer programs, AI adoption, and lead management.
Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute effective paid media strategies tailored to markets and audiences worldwide.
Web Strategy & Operations: Oversee website optimization, development, and performance to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Marketing Automation: Implement and scale automation that supports regional and global marketing plans.
Performance Management: Track and analyze channel performance, translating insights into action to continuously improve results.

What We're Looking For

10+ years in digital marketing, communications, or related fields, with proven leadership in global, multi-channel initiatives.
Strong commercial mindset with experience bridging Sales, Marketing, and IT.
Deep digital expertise (platforms, automation, performance tracking).
Structured, process-driven approach balanced with creativity and innovation.
Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing remote, multicultural teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Growth mindset, high energy, and natural digital flair.
