As a Contract Manager your role will be to play a critical role in ensuring that the organizations contracts are effectively managed, compliant, and contributory to the achievement of strategic objectives. You will manage facility services delivered through a supplier contract, while collaborating with our different departments within Physical Security Operation, to ensure excellent operations. Furthermore, you will be the link between the suppliers and internal stakeholders, and make sure services are delivered according to the agreed service level.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Maintain global framework agreement and service specifications, and manage hard FM in all new buildings
- Manage expectations and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Manage and oversee budget requirements and financial logbooks and prepare business cases
- Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to execution and performance evaluation
- Manage KPI's for operation within asset management
- Identify potential risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to mitigate these risks
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Educational background in facilities management, engineering, or business
- Proven track record managing sites or service contracts, following up on FM budgets, and investment planning
- Experience in project management or overseeing security-related projects will be considered as an advantage
- Systematic and structural work style, always keeping focus on the broad overview
- Strong negotiation skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Fluency in Danish and English
