- A master’s degree and 6+ years of experience in customer engagement, commercial excellence, or strategic operations in a global, matrixed (pharma) organization.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate enablement, omnichannel strategies and engagement frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change at scale.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Ability to thrive in a newly created role and shape processes from the ground up.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex, matrixed environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling strategic initiatives.
