- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned building blocks, including Strategy Deployment, Decision Making Excellence, and Process Excellence
- Create, maintain, and improve tools, guidelines, standards, and training materials related to the building blocks
- Collaborate with building block owner´s (Content owners) and other stakeholders to leverage professional expertise and content
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends within the assigned building blocks
- Develop and execute deployment plans for the implementation of OWOW across divisions and functions
- Serve as the single point of contact for business stakeholders, providing inbound support and addressing their needs and inquiries
- Conduct maturity assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly
- Implement actions such as coaching, training, and process enhancements to build organizational capabilities and drive organizational efficiency
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Expertise and Deployment Team and various stakeholders.
- Have a master's degree in business, management, economics or similar
- Have certification or training in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or related methodologies
- Have experience in project management and change management
- Have experience in one or more of our three building blocks: strategy deployment, process excellence and decision making excellence
- Have knowledge of different IT tools like project management, data visualization and process management
- Have experience with continuous improvement projects
