
Pricing Manager

- Develop advanced pricing models to support WSA pricing strategy
- Conduct price performance analyses from a diverse customer base using Excel, Python or similar regression analysis tool
- Identify pricing opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain CPQ pricing tools in Excel and CRM
- Manage price lists, discount structures, and promotional pricing across products and regions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and business line teams to access value-based pricing opportunities
- Proactively engage stakeholders by sharing pricing analyses and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Promote the Pricing Excellence agenda in WSA.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis, preferably in B2B
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and profitability analysis
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Advanced analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strategic problem-solver with commercial awareness and business acumen
- Skilled in collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing senior leaders
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex data
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments.
