Join us and make an impact today!The positionAs the Project Support Team Manager, you will lead the New Product Entry - Project Support team for Injectable and Oral Products at Novo Nordisk at Kalundborg. This dynamic team consists of approximately 17 highly skilled professionals and specialists responsible for implementing new production processes and systems for significant projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the operational validation and implementation of new systems. You will play a crucial role in driving strategic projects and continuous optimizations. As a people leader, you will provide coaching and inspiration to the team and guide their professional development. Additionally, you will be an integral part of the Leadership Team within the Production Support & New Product Entry department for Injectable Finished Products in Kalundborg, where we foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you:· Have a genuine interest in developing individuals to their fullest potential by engaging and inspiring them in their professional and personal growth.· Possess exceptional people management skills and has a proven track record of at least 2 years as a people manager.· Have knowledge of GMP and LEAN principles.· Hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably within natural sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or a related field.Additionally, the ideal candidate:· Makes data-driven decisions and is ready to think big.· Brings a sense of humor and positive energy to the team.· Thrives in a growing and dynamic environment.· Demonstrates strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with knowledge of spoken Danish being an advantage.To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication and collaboration mindset, as you will engage closely with various stakeholders, including production, quality assurance, manufacturing development, and project management. Your ability to set direction, motivate, and cultivate high performance and engagement through team empowerment will be crucial to your success.About the DepartmentYou will be part of the "New Products Entry and Production Support" department in Injectable Finished Products Kalundborg (IFP KA).
