We are on the lookout for a talented Senior UX Researcher.Join our B2B Product & Engineering team in Copenhagen or Berlin.As a UX Researcher at Monta, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across multiple squads both in person and remotely! You will own and drive the research phase of our projects and will experience firsthand how your work has a big impact both on the business and the users.About Monta:Monta is the operating platform powering the EV ecosystem serving drivers, companies, cities, and the electricity grid with one integrated software solution.At our core, we make EV charging simple, accessible, and reliable. Our software enables a consistent charging experience across all charge point brands and we empower charge point owners with a full-fledged solution to attract users and seamlessly manage usage, pricing, availability, and transactions.We’ve closed a huge Series B round! 80M EUR and soaring! Our journey so far? An expansion across various markets, prestigious #ISO27001 and B-Corp certifications, and proactive tech revolutionizing the EV charging experience. Not to mention, our growth has skyrocketed 6X since the last round, nearing 1 million monthly charging sessions, and 1,000 #EV drivers joining us daily!Key Responsibilities: * Project Leadership: Shape your squad’s research agenda. Plan and execute a wide variety of studies independently across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch. 🚀

Research Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in UX research methods and principles, with a focus on delivering actionable insights that drive product development 🤓
User Advocacy: Help PMs define the strategy for your product area by advocating for user needs and user-centered outcomes, drawing on existing insights. 🧠
Team Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, designers, engineers, and other researchers to ensure research findings are integrated into product design and development, adding value to our users and our business ⭐️
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with stakeholders to gather information and ensure research objectives align with business goals. Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences. 🌐

RequirementsWe're already a fan of you if...

+3 years B2B experience: Proven track record as a UX Researcher in B2B product teams, with projects demonstrating your work with complex products.
Self-Driven and Proactive: You possess a strong sense of initiative, comfortable with ambiguity, and are passionate about research within a product team.
Research focus: You have a deep understanding of qualitative methods, and have experience with quantitative methods.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment, are eager to share knowledge and learn from others, and can navigate the dynamics of cross-functional teams effectively.
Confident and Ambitious: You approach your work with confidence, not afraid to challenge the status quo, driven by the ambition to contribute to the best products in the market.
