Located in the Port of Aarhus, AAK Denmark is the oldest site in AAK founded in 1871 and the world's largest producer of shea oil and fats. These are mostly used in the chocolate and confectionery industries, but shea oil is also used in cosmetics. Our highly automated production process runs 24/7 - 365 days a year, supervized by expert operators from our central control room. Our oil and fats laboratory is responsible for the development of AAK's global process technologies, which contribute to cleaner and more efficient manufacturing, and more sustainable end products. Our product development team manages development activity across the group, in close collaboration with the Customer Innovation Center. Our site's large IT team also works across the globe.About the apprenticeship:
As an IT Infrastructure Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our IT team, assisting in the maintenance and development of our company's IT infrastructure.
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in a hands-on environment. You will receive training and mentorship while contributing to the efficiency and security of our IT systems
The apprenticeship will include hands-on training and mentorship under experienced IT professionals.

- Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, server management, and IT security.
- Eager to learn with a strong interest in IT infrastructure.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- It is required that you speak both English and Danish
- We expect you to be team player, eager to learn and grow.
- You can defiantly expect to have great colleagues in the team ready to welcome, support and guide you. You will not be alone with your responsibilities, but will be involved broadly with IT infrastructure.
