- Advise our existing and prospective customers in delivering the most impactful and efficient strategies and help them analyze the data, trends and performance
- Identify sales/upselling opportunities as well as business challenges and adding strategic experience to our customers in order for them to grow their business
- Actively run sales, customer and team meetings
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and progress of ongoing consultancy projects such as migrations, new customer setups
- Setting the scene for our Sales and Customer Success team to prepare and present strategic proposals towards customers including timelines and costs of investments
- Cross-functional collaboration with other internal teams and international teams to deliver cohesive and effective client solutions
- At least 5 years' experience in a digital marketing environment, ideally within an agency setting and with proven experience working in a client-facing role. Amazon knowledge is considered advantageous but not mandatory
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing
- Strong in strategic analysis and profound advisory and communication skills with the ability to translate customer needs to deliver high level of satisfaction
