ROCKWOOL is seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to oversee and optimize our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes within the company.The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Product Lifecycle Management to drive harmonization and cross-functional alignment across global processes while at the same time setting clear strategic direction within organization. It is a great opportunity for anyone thriving in cross-functional environment and willing to shape the future of our business processes within the transformation programme we are embarking on.You will become a part of Group Product Management team, which belongs to Group Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs (GMC) department.What you will be doing:In this role, you will be driving process excellence and global alignment across our Product Lifecycle Management landscape within Idea to Market stream. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Owning alignment (harmonization and cross-functional alignment) and prioritization within your process area, setting direction different process levels.
  • Defining process performance metrics (KPIs) and identifying process pain points based on standard templates.
  • Steering the activities within Idea to Market stream community.
  • Leading business process improvement initiatives and fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Serving as a bridge function between Group Product Management (GPM) and the CEP Programme.
  • Driving global standardization of PLM processes within the CEP Framework.
  • Providing oversight of PLM transformation initiatives.
  • Representing Product Management interests within CEP-related activities.
  • Ensuring effective performance monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What you bring:
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Product Lifecycle Management or Product Management roles within international organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of PLM fundamentals, including product data management, BOM, version control, and change management.
  • Technical expertise in leading PLM platforms and related system integrations.
  • Hands-on Product Management experience, ideally leading product development projects through all life cycle stages.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions such as Marketing, Supply, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Experience in business process optimization, refinement, and mapping in large, international organizations.
  • Ability to navigate and operate within global companies.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in PLM or similar business initiatives.
  • Proactive project and risk management skills to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, building consensus across diverse cultures and business areas.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and intercultural competence for driving global projects.
