Lead troubleshooting and optimization efforts to ensure high performance and security. Drive innovation through automation and best practices to enhance our global IT operations.This onsite position is located in Brønshøj, Denmark and reports to the Director of Global IT Infrastructure and Cloud operations.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Design and Implement Scalable Infrastructure Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with IT architects, operations teams, application development teams, and business stakeholders to plan, design, and deploy new systems and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Provide Technical Leadership and Expertise: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure-related issues, offering advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Lead and Contribute to Global Infrastructure Projects: Take a leadership role in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deployments while contributing to global infrastructure and security projects across Radiometer and Danaher.
  • Enhance IT Infrastructure Maturity: Lead efforts to monitor infrastructure performance, conduct regular audits to pinpoint areas for improvement, and optimize operations to boost resource utilization.
  • Drive Automation and Efficiency: Utilize infrastructure automation tools and scripting to streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure architectures, configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate reports on infrastructure performance, security posture, and capacity planning.
  • Engage in Security and Compliance Initiatives: Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Extensive Experience in IT Infrastructure: Proven experience with server operating systems, virtualization technologies, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, with a focus on root cause analysis and solution implementation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management and Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects and priorities, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Scripting and Automation Skills: Expertise in using PowerShell and other automation tools to enhance infrastructure operations and efficiencies.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Experience working with IT in a regulated industry and standards such as ISO 27001
  • General infrastructure knowledge
  • Working experience in a Global organization
