Job Description:Satair is seeking a Service Delivery Manager professional who thrives on optimizing IT infrastructure operations. We are therefore expanding our Infrastructure team with a new role dedicated to Service Delivery Management.What the job is…Service Delivery & ManagementDevelop and implement processes in collaboration with our Process Manager for Service Request fulfillment, Incident Management, and Problem resolutionPractice vendor management to ensure Framework Agreements, Service Agreement and the like is done accurately and according to the agreedOversee the activities of IT infrastructure teams, ensuring timely and efficient service deliveryEstablish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to enable us to measure our service consumption and the stability of the servicesMonitor these KPI’s to measure service quality and identify areas for improvementImplement continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives to optimize IT infrastructure operationsParticipate in and/or drive larger tasks and projects within the realm of IT InfrastructureTechnical ExpertisePossess a broad understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualizationStay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the IT infrastructure spaceEnsure adherence to IT infrastructure best practices and security standards for the external services we buyCommunication & Relationship Management:Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including business users, IT operations teams, and senior managementManage expectations and address concerns proactivelyBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful service deliveryVendor ManagementOversee relationships with our vendors providing IT infrastructure servicesManage vendor contracts, ensure service level adherence, and negotiate cost-effective solutionsWhat do you offer?We’re looking for a candidate who is curious by nature and eager to learn and also be able to share this knowledge within the team and beyond.Being part of a team is important for you and you contribute with a positive spirit and promote collaboration.You are structured in your approach to work and believe that documentation is important.Infrastructure & Operations wants to be a trusted partner in our IT organization, you contribute to this goal by being openly communicative and understanding when the need for urgency arises.Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to independently drive activities and compile reports, with a proactive and self-directed approach.Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of experience within Service Delivery ManagementProven track record in managing IT service delivery and working with IT service management in tools like (e.g. ServiceNow)Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITILExperience in vendor management, with a focus on overseeing service quality, contracts and managing vendor relationships.Understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization) and cloud servicesGreat communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProblem-solving and analytical skillsWhat does your next challenge look like?At Satair, we believe in sustainable aviation that allows people to travel and connect across the globe.We are on a mission to provide world class material solutions that keep aircraft flying and extend their lifespan.In Satair, you can challenge the status quo, pioneer new ways of working, and generate real value for airlines and suppliers worldwide.Being part of the Airbus family gives us the opportunity to live a global mindset, working in international teams and collaborating across functions, sites and cultures.If you want to work as one team embracing a can-do attitude in a demanding environment, then we offer a great place to explore, learn, and grow.Come on board and join us at Satair, an Airbus Services Company!About SATAIR
